About Blueberry Wine

Blueberry Wine is a drink made from our own recipe, using wild blueberries that have been freeze-dried before fermentation (a process known as lyophilization). This gives Blueberry Wine a higher sugar content and a more intense flavor, making it taste as if you’re picking the berries right off the bush. Thanks to its higher sugar content, Blueberry Wine has a nice kick, so we recommend sipping it rather than drinking it like a soft drink.

How to Drink Blueberry Wine

Enjoy Blueberry Wine simply as you like. You can sip it all evening or savor it by the glass over several days. Like red wine, Blueberry Wine doesn’t need to be refrigerated. It can be stored at room temperature. However, with a few ice cubes, it’s refreshingly cool.

In winter, we highly recommend its mulled version. Heat Blueberry Wine to around 60 degrees Celsius (until it starts to foam, but don't let it boil!) and you have the perfect mulled wine. Avoid adding cinnamon or cloves, as they would make the flavor unbalanced!
