Terms and Conditions

General provisions

The Seller (Rybízák s.r.o., as stated above) sells goods through an online store. The contractual relationship between the Seller and the Buyer is governed by Act No. 89/2012 Coll., the Civil Code of the Czech Republic.

Goods and prices

• Prices and product specifications are listed for each item in the online store and include VAT.
• The offer of goods is non-binding.
• The Seller reserves the right to adjust prices or discount terms.

Order

The Buyer places an order by selecting an item, delivery method, and payment option. The contract is concluded upon the Seller's confirmation of the order. The Buyer is obligated to provide valid contact details.

Payment and delivery

• Payment options: bank transfer, card payment, cash on delivery.
• Delivery is available to the Buyer's address, a pick-up point, or directly in-store.
• Delivery costs are covered by the Buyer based on the chosen delivery method.

Withdrawal from the contract

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods (does not apply to custom-made goods, perishable goods, or items returned for health/hygiene reasons). Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer. The Seller will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Complaints and liability for defects

The Seller guarantees that the goods are free of defects at the time of receipt. The Buyer has the right to replacement, repair, discount, or withdrawal from the contract in case of substantial defects. Complaints will be resolved within 30 days from the date they are filed.

Dispute resolution

The Buyer can contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority for out-of-court dispute resolution (adr.coi.cz).

Final provisions

• These terms and all contractual relationships are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
• The Seller may amend these terms; the new version applies to orders placed after the effective date of the change.

These terms take effect on 29 October 2024.
